Almost everybody! Referrals can be submitted by anyone with a few requirements:
A qualified referral is defined as a named contact with company affiliation and contact information determined solely by MONEXgroup as having an interest in purchasing payment processing solutions from MONEXgroup.

Reward payments are only issued for referrals that result in the sale and activation of merchant processing accounts for MONEXgroup merchant services. Other terms and conditions may apply. Referrals that do not become customers are not eligible for reward payments.
We will make reward payments as soon as practicable following MONEXgroup’s determination that a qualified referral has met all requirements. Typically this amounts to 60 days from when qualified referrals activate and start processing.
You will have the option to choose a virtual reward sent to your email address on file or a physical prepaid card. If you choose a physical reward card, it will be sent to the mailing address on file within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email indicating you have received a reward. The reward email will provide you with the current mailing address on file and instructions and timing on how to update your information before the payment is mailed. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact information and mailing address is correct in MONEXgroup. Please note that the gift card is to be treated as cash, MONEXgroup is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen cards.
Qualifying referrals must be an introduction to an account that is not actively engaged with MONEXgroup. This would not include a person who is a current or pending customer of MONEXgroup OR customers that MONEXgroup may receive as a result of its normal sales efforts or through third-party relationships.
While it is not a strict requirement, as a professional courtesy MONEXgroup highly recommends that you know the person you refer to MONEXgroup and that you confirm with that person that it’s fine for MONEXgroup to contact them prior to initiating the referral.

*A qualified referral is defined as a business that successfully becomes a MONEXgroup customer and uses our payment processing solutions. Reward will be provided once this step is complete. Only merchants from Canada or the US are eligible for this promotion. You may not refer a business in which you are an owner or officer or any business that is a member of a MONEXgroup partner franchise, association, Fiserv or other group with special pricing. Referrals of merchants with processing volume less than $3,000 monthly are not qualified for the reward. A complete, accurate referral form must be received prior to the referred merchant becoming an approved account. The reward will be paid only after the referred business begins processing payments through MONEXgroup, meets or exceeds a minimum of $1,000 transacted through MONEXgroup payment processing solutions and remains active for at least 45 consecutive business days. The reward payment will be applied as soon as practicable following MONEXgroup’s determination that a qualified referral has met all requirements. Referral payments will only be made for new merchants, not for existing customers or customers that MONEXgroup may receive as a result of its normal sales efforts or through third-party relationships. If more than one person submits the referral, only the first referral will be honored. MONEXgroup is not responsible should more than one submission be made for the same company. Taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. MONEXgroup reserves the right to change or cancel this program at any time. Participation in this program does not create an employment or other business or contractual arrangement between you and MONEXgroup (including any of its affiliates). This offer is not open to partners with formal referral agreements with MONEXgroup. MONEXgroup employees and their family members are not eligible to receive rewards.
