Upon request, a customer shall be informed of the existence, use, and disclosure of their personal information, and will be given access to it. Customers may verify the accuracy and completeness of their personal information, and may request that it be amended, if appropriate.

In order to honour any access or deletion request, we will require you to provide enough information for us to verify your identity. For example, we may ask you for information associated with your account, including your contact information or other identifying information. If you designate an authorized agent to make a rights request on your behalf, we may require proper proof of that authorization as well as direct verification of your identity from you.
